Join Sea to Sky Freediving Co. and Diving Sports Canada on Friday September 2nd, 2022 from 4PM to 6PM for a pre-competition workshop. 

Oceanoid's annual Howe Deep Depth Competition will be held on September 3rd and 4th, 2022. Join Luca the Friday before the competition to learn his top tricks and tips for freediving competitions. 

Luca is a competitive freediver and one of Canada's deepest divers. He has traveled all over the world for freediving competitions and his experience has led his to dive with some of the best in the world. He will give you his best tips on how to successfully navigate a competition and get your white card! 

We will discuss many topics, including:

> Pre-dive mental focus

> Your rituals and mantras

> Pre-dive visualization and meditation 

> How to "breath-up" before your last breath

> Hold the line and facial equipment

> Planning your dive backwards

> Much, much more!
