About The Event
Freediving and Spearfishing Course - September 20-22, 2025 - Ucluelet, BC
This 3-day course will include elements of freediving, harvesting and spearfishing into one 3-day course. This course is intended for anyone with some freediving experience (i.e. you can freedive to 10 meters head-down) and is looking to advance their skills to hunt at 20 meters. You will be taught, guided and safetied by Canadian record holder Luca Malaguti. Luca is a 300ft freediver and spearfishes down to 150 feet.
Pre-requirements:
You are comfortable swimming and snorkelling in an open-water setting
You can snorkel for at least 2 hours in cold water
You can freedive head-first down to 10 meters
