Wave 3/Lap 3 Freediver - Assistant Instructor Course

This course will prepare you to become a qualified assistant instructor.

Open to any Wave 2 freediver, or similar qualifications from other organizations. 

Advanced equalization techniques and mouth-fill. 

Freediving physiology, review physics of freediving, the physchology of deep diving and mental preparation. 

Relaxation techniques used by professionals in depth competitions.

Advanced safety skills and rescue skills used by instructors and safety professionals. 

Access to the Molchanovs Community for online training and coaching. 

Wave 3 certification is included in this course. 

This course will prepare you to become a Molchanovs Freediving Instructor.
